2. Check function of drain valve.

2 DOOR OPEN
Machine is indicating an open door during wash.

3 DOOR UNLOCKED

Machine is indicating an unlocked door during wash.

4 NTC LOW TEMP The NTC sensor indicates to low temperature in the drum or a short in the temperature circuit.
If temporarily:
1. Check temperature of incoming water and try to start the machine again.

5 NTC HIGH TEMP The NTC sensor indicates to high temperature in the drum or an open temperature circuit.
If temporarily:
1. Check actual temperature in the program. Change the wash formula if needed.

6 WATER IN DRUM
Machine indicates water in drum at program start.
1. Check function of drain valve.
2. Check water inlet valves.

7 MACHINE OVERFILLED Machine indicates to high water level during program execution. Error could appear if an incorrectly level is set, level is filled manually or a water valve does not close. It could also appear during cool down if the temperature of the inlet water is high and could not cool the water temperature in drum fast enough.
1. Check actual water level.
2. Check that water inlet is operating properly.
3. Check programmed water level.

8 NO HEATING Machine is set up as a heated machine but temperature does not reach the set value within the time-out (realistic time).
1. Check fuses to heating/steam/gas.
2. Check function of drain valve. No water should leak out, causing the machine to refill cold water.

9 ERROR 9 - NOT IN USE
ERROR 9 - NOT IN USE

10 NOT DRAINED Machine indicates to long draining time.
1. Check drain outlet.
2. Check function of drain valve.
11 UNBALANCE S
ENSOR FAULT

Unbalance sensor is activated incorrectly.
1. Restart the machine once for a new attempt.
2. Contact authorized service.
12 PROGRAM ERROR Machine has detected an error in the basic software. A new download of software is required to get the machine to operate.

13 NO MOTOR COMM No communication with motor control unit.
1) Check that motor control unit is powered up (Green led inside Motor control unit is ON). Measure incoming voltage to motor control unit.
2) Check communication cables between timer and motor control unit.

14 LEVEL
CALIBRATION

Level sensor is incorrectly calibrated. The machine can operate but water level will be incorrectly

15 EMERGENCY STOP
Emergency stop is activated on the machine.
1. Reset the Emergency stop on the machine.
2. Restart the machine.

16 WEIGHT FROM SCALE The Internal Measuring System is not tarred or might be overloaded.
Same error will also occur if weight increases or decreases the limit values when machine is started.
1. Reset Scale to zero.
2. Reset Tare to zero.
3. Calibrate Scale.

17 DOOR LOCK
Machine has detected that the door is locked but opened.
1. Contact authorized service.

18 START NOT ALLOWED Machine does not have permission to start. This function is controlled by the network computer.
If temporarily:
1. Reselect the program and start again.

19 MIS COMMUNICATION Communication between machine and network computer has been interrupted. Machine can operate but statistics could be affected and data could be lost.

20 INTERLOCK
STATUS
Interlock signal to motor control unit is missing.
1. Open/Close door and try to start the machine again.
21 IO
  COMMUNICATION
Communication with I/O boards is missing or there is a
Mismatch between the number of I/O boards in the machine and timer software.
Normally the error is caused by the fact that the timer software is configured to a larger number of I/O boards than is assembled in the machine.
A new download of software or a reconfiguration of the machine is required to get the machine to operate.

1) Use CST to check how many I/O board are configured in timer software (Identify machine).
Also check LED status on I/O boards:
- If I/O board is up communicating correctly with CPU board, the RED LED on the I/O board is typically flashing once a second (1Hz).
- If there is no communication with CPU, the RED LED is flashing 2 times every second (2Hz).
- Green LED should light (constant) in both cases.

22 LOW OIL LEVEL
Machine indicates low level of oil in the lubrication tank for the sealing or the hydraulic clutch.
Refer to manual for more details.
1. Refill oil in the lubrication tank.

23 PHASE ERROR 23 - NOT IN USE
24 PRESS. SENSOR TILT
Both pressure sensors for tilted machine (back and forward) are activated at the same time.

25 PRESS.SENS. TIMEOUT Time out for tilt pressure sensor.
Error is activated if tilt button is activated but machine does not indicate a signal from the tilt pressure sensor within a realistic time out.
1. Check air pressure to the machine.
26 DOOR SWITCH TILT

Door is not in locked position when machine is tilted.
1. Close door/Open door/Block door. Try again.
2. Contact authorized service.
27 AUTOMATIC LEVEL CALIBRATION
The offset value for automatic level calibration in the timer is out of limits. Timer can not calibrate this high value.
1. Check for water in drum. If necessary - empty drum.
28 ERROR 28 -
NOT IN USE

ERROR 28 - NOT IN USE

29 COMMUNICATION
